Barcelona, 24 October 2017. The Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), Mr Fathallah Sijilmassi, and the Secretary General of the League of Arab States, Mr Ahmed Aboul Gheit, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two organisations with a view to strengthening mutual collaboration and promoting regional cooperation activities.
