During the conference, the Libya\u2019s Transitional Council (TNC) presented its road map for the new Libya, as well the humanitarian needs of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Amrani considers that in this political context, it is essential that the international and the Euro-Mediterranean communities mobilize to execute concrete actions which answer the needs of the Libyan population.
