{"id":74084,"date":"2019-04-10T15:50:38","date_gmt":"2019-04-10T14:50:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/\/medcoast-co-evolve-event\/"},"modified":"2019-02-06T16:16:10","modified_gmt":"2019-02-06T15:16:10","slug":"medcoast-co-evolve-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/ar\/medcoast-co-evolve-event\/","title":{"rendered":"2nd joint event of Co-Evolve and Med Coasts for Blue Growth"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p><strong>10 April 2019, Montpellier<\/strong>.\u00a0In order to follow up on the collaboration that was initiated on the occasion of the first joint event in Barcelona on 30-31 October 2018, the two projects are organising a second joint event on 9-10 April 2019, in the premises of the D\u00e9partement de l\u2019H\u00e9rault (Montpellier, France).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/co-evolve.interreg-med.eu\/\">CO-EVOLVE<\/a> is an ongoing three-year <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-med.eu\/\">Interreg MED<\/a> project focusing on the sustainable development of maritime and coastal tourism that was launched in November 2016 and brings together <a href=\"https:\/\/co-evolve.interreg-med.eu\/our-story\/who-we-are\/\">12 partners<\/a>, including public regional and local administrations, universities, research institutes, a foundation and one organisation gathering Mediterranean Regions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/project\/medcoast4bg-med-coasts-blue-growth\/\">MedCoast4BG<\/a> is a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ufmsecretariat.org\/\">Union for the Mediterranean (UfM)<\/a> labelled project (since December 2017) that intends to extend CO-EVOLVE\u2019s conceptual and methodological model to the Southern &amp; Eastern Mediterranean countries it involves, considering common (at Mediterranean level) but also diverse (at local level) natural, physical and geographic characteristics. The project involves the whole partnership of CO-EVOLVE and several other key players from the Mediterranean Partner Countries (MPC).<\/p>\n<p>The meetings on the 9-10 April in particular will involve participants from Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Tunisia, Lebanon and Morocco.
