A Basin of Opportunities for a Sustainable Future<\/em>\u201d. The fourth edition of the Forum is co-organised by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), in collaboration with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta and the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC).<\/p>\n<p>This edition will count on the presence of Carmelo Abela, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta who will chair the opening session of this year\u2019s edition. The Keynote Speech will be delivered by Ana Santos Pinto, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Portugal.
