The Urban Projects Finance Initiative (<span class=\"highlight selected\">UPFI<\/span>) Steering Committee Meeting\u00a0will be held online\u00a0attended by representatives of\u00a0EIB, l&#8217;AFD\u00a0and the European Commission.\u00a0The UfM Secretariat is a member of the UPFI Steering Committee and chairs the Project Committee.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, the UfM Secretariat labelled two projects under the framework of its UPFI flagship initiative in the region: the<a href=\"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/\/ar\/project\/%d9%85%d8%b4%d8%b1%d9%88%d8%b9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%aa%d8%b7%d9%88%d9%8a%d8%b1-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%ad%d8%b6%d8%b1%d9%8a-%d9%84%d8%a5%d9%85%d8%a8%d8%a7%d8%a8%d8%a9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Imbaba Urban Upgrading Project<\/a>, for Egypt, in June and <a href=\"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/\/ar\/project\/upfi-sfax-taparura-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sfax Taparura<\/a>, for Tunisia, in December.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>22 April 2020.
