Furthermore, between 2012 and 2014, he was Assistant Minister for Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs. From 2004 to 2006, he was the Director of Egypt\u2019s Public Information Service. Prior to this position H.E. Since January 2013, he has been Vice-Chairman of UTICA (the Tunisian employers&#8217; association).<br \/>\nHe is a holder of the Tunisian Order of the Republic. In 2015, he was decorated by the President of Portugal as Grand Officer of the Order of Industrial Merit.
