Un an plus tard, lors de la COP28, ces engagements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9affirm\u00e9s par des d\u00e9clarations d&#8217;intention, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du Fonds de coop\u00e9ration pour le PBM par le Conseil d&#8217;administration de la BERD en novembre 2023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2022 a \u00e9galement vu la tenue de la toute premi\u00e8re conf\u00e9rence de l&#8217;UpM sur la finance bleue, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/fr\/ufm-blue-finance-conference\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Investir dans une \u00e9conomie bleue durable en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/span><\/a> \u00bb, financ\u00e9e par la Commission europ\u00e9enne et organis\u00e9e \u00e0 Barcelone. Actuellement, ces pays sont le Maroc, l&#8217;\u00c9gypte et la Jordanie.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>Donateurs :<\/strong> les gouvernements, organisations internationales ou intergouvernementales et autres entit\u00e9s publiques et priv\u00e9es qui apportent une contribution financi\u00e8re au(x) fonds PBM. \u00c0 ce jour, plus de 20 millions d&#8217;euros ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s, avec des contributions de l&#8217;Allemagne, de la Su\u00e8de, de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, de la France et de l&#8217;Espagne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le <strong>cadre op\u00e9rationnel<\/strong> du PBM se compose de quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>Le Comit\u00e9 directeur de la PBM :<\/strong> ce forum consultatif r\u00e9unit des repr\u00e9sentants de chaque donateur, des pays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et des partenaires de mise en \u0153uvre.
