Ces objectifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la feuille de route de l&#8217;UpM en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;occasion de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/fr\/2nd-ministerial-conference-transport-2023\/\">2\u00e8me Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle de l&#8217;UpM sur les transports qui a eu lieu en ligne en f\u00e9vrier 2023<\/a>, les ministres ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur soutien politique collectif continu au d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de transport s\u00fbr, s\u00e9curis\u00e9, durable, efficace et connect\u00e9, bas\u00e9 sur des r\u00e8gles et des normes de transport harmonis\u00e9es, ainsi que sur un r\u00e9seau de transport multimodal int\u00e9gr\u00e9 transm\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Les ministres ont \u00e9galement r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de la connectivit\u00e9 entre les pays du sud de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, entre ces pays et l&#8217;UE et vers l&#8217;Afrique int\u00e9rieure et l&#8217;Asie.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9claration minist\u00e9rielle sur les transports, le rapport d&#8217;\u00e9valuation du plan d&#8217;action r\u00e9gional sur les transports 2014-2020 et le nouveau plan d&#8217;action r\u00e9gional sur les transports 2021-2027, adopt\u00e9s lors de la conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle, donneront un \u00e9lan politique collectif \u00e0 ces objectifs cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau plan d&#8217;action r\u00e9gional pour le transport 2021-2027 fournit une orientation compl\u00e8te et comprend une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;actions ciblant la r\u00e9forme r\u00e9glementaire et la planification du r\u00e9seau d&#8217;infrastructures. La Plateforme r\u00e9gionale de l&#8217;UpM sur la connectivit\u00e9 des transports, ainsi que les projets financ\u00e9s par l&#8217;UE dans ce domaine, continueront \u00e0 servir de cadre efficace de dialogue et de partage d&#8217;expertise.
