{"id":11588,"date":"2014-07-16T19:21:54","date_gmt":"2014-07-16T17:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/ufm-secretariat-and-ena-to-set-up-operational-collaboration-2\/"},"modified":"2014-07-23T14:26:54","modified_gmt":"2014-07-23T12:26:54","slug":"ufm-secretariat-and-ena-to-set-up-operational-collaboration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/fr\/ufm-secretariat-and-ena-to-set-up-operational-collaboration\/","title":{"rendered":"UfM Secretariat and ENA to establish operational cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Barcelona, 16 July 2014. <\/b>UfM Secretary General Sijilmassi participated today in meetings organised by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ena.fr\/index.php?\/en\" target=\"_blank\">\u00c9cole Nationale d\u2019Administration (ENA)<\/a> in Strasbourg, France, where he briefed a public including Heads of Delegations and High Representatives to the Council of Europe, as well as Parliamentarians, on the state of UfM cooperation projects and efforts towards regional integration.<\/p>\n<p>The meetings provided the opportunity to discuss the establishment of a long-term partnership between the UfM Secretariat and ENA for the delivery of training sessions and seminars on Euro-Mediterranean affairs to high civil servants.<\/p>\n<p>ENA\u2019s founding principles are to increase access to the highest executive levels of government service and to provide professional training for senior civil servants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean, Fathallah Sijilmassi, participated today in meetings organised by the \u00c9cole Nationale D\u2019Administration (ENA).
