{"id":13249,"date":"2014-12-10T09:52:37","date_gmt":"2014-12-10T07:52:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/?p=13249"},"modified":"2014-11-12T13:04:30","modified_gmt":"2014-11-12T12:04:30","slug":"conference-financing-tmnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ufmsecretariat.org\/fr\/conference-financing-tmnt\/","title":{"rendered":"Conf\u00e9rence de haut niveau de l\u2019UpM sur le financement du futur r\u00e9seau transm\u00e9diterran\u00e9en de transport (RTM-T)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Port de Rome (Civitavecchia), le 10 d\u00e9cembre\u00a02014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[ufm_tabs][ufm_tab title=&#8221;Sur la conf\u00e9rence&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>La conf\u00e9rence<\/h4>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la D\u00e9claration des ministres de l\u2019UpM adopt\u00e9e lors de la Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle sur le transport en novembre 2013, qui a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la mobilisation, de fa\u00e7on coordonn\u00e9e, de tous les fonds disponibles, et a soutenu la tenue, d\u00e8s que possible, d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence r\u00e9unissant tous les partenaires financiers potentiels, la conf\u00e9rence de haut niveau se tiendra au port de Rome (Civitavecchia), le 10 d\u00e9cembre\u00a02014.<\/p>\n<p>Le principal objectif de la conf\u00e9rence est de rassembler les partenaires euro-m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, toutes les principales institutions financi\u00e8res europ\u00e9ennes et internationales, les bailleurs de fonds et les entreprises priv\u00e9es, afin de promouvoir la mise en \u0153uvre du r\u00e9seau transm\u00e9diterran\u00e9en de transport (RTM-T) et les projets prioritaires qui y sont li\u00e9s, ainsi que leur connexion au r\u00e9seau transeurop\u00e9en de transport (RTE-T).<\/p>\n<p>Cette conf\u00e9rence technique analysera les outils financiers disponibles visant \u00e0 fournir \u00e0 l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie financi\u00e8re des projets RTM-T une assistance technique, des partenariats public-priv\u00e9 (PPP) et autres outils, en \u00e9vitant les duplications et en encourageant la coordination.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sidence italienne de l\u2019UE (de juillet \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre\u00a02014) que le gouvernement italien accueillera la conf\u00e9rence, qui sera pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e d\u2019une visite technique du port et d\u2019un d\u00eener de gala.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Objectifs de la conf\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fournir une plate-forme permettant le dialogue pour les promoteurs des projets, bailleurs de fonds et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires afin de discuter des moyens de mobiliser et de coordonner tous les partenaires potentiels vers la mise en \u0153uvre efficace du r\u00e9seau transm\u00e9diterran\u00e9en de transport (RTM-T).<\/li>\n<li>Rassembler les pays partenaires euro-m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, les principales institutions financi\u00e8res europ\u00e9ennes et internationales ainsi que les bailleurs de fonds et les entreprises priv\u00e9es afin de mobiliser des financements pour le RTM-T et les projets prioritaires qui y sont li\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Analyser les outils financiers disponibles (notamment une \u00e9ventuelle assistance technique et des partenariats public-priv\u00e9 \u2013 PPP) afin de d\u00e9finir l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie financi\u00e8re des projets li\u00e9s au RTM-T, en \u00e9vitant les duplications et en encourageant la coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie de financement future pour le RTM-T. Italy.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0CONFERENCE VENUE<\/h4>\n<p>The Port of Civitavecchia, founded as the port of Rome by Emperor Trajan, has represented the cornerstone of exchange and contact among the people of the ancient &#8220;Mare Nostrum&#8221; for many centuries.<\/p>\n<p>Civitavecchia still enjoys this privileged position today, at the centre of a modern and efficient railway, road and airport network that links the capital and central Italy to the rest of the world. Thanks to the new Port Regulating Plan, the Port of Civitavecchia has increased its commercial traffic reaching a total of two million tons of bulk goods.<\/p>\n<p>It is also strategic for the access to important Italian tourist destinations and important Mediterranean cruise routes. The passenger flow increase has been favoured by a long-standing policy that also witnessed the foundation, in 1991, of the Coordination of the Middle Tyrrhenian Sea that aims at increasing Short Sea Shipping between Civitavecchia and the Sardinian ports (Olbia-Golfo Aranci, Cagliari and Porto Torres).<\/p>\n<p>Civitavecchia has also become leader of cruise traffic. Development works of the wharfs and passenger welcoming structures have granted the possibility of recording a significant increase in cruise liners, going from 50 ships in 1996 to 500 in 2003. Civitavecchia aims at increasing the tourist flow with the target of becoming the most important cruise port in the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n<h4>CITY INFORMATION<\/h4>\n<p>Civitavecchia is located close to Rome, on the Northern coast of the Lazio region, and the Fiumicino Intercontinental Airport Leonardo Da Vinci is only 60 km away.<\/p>\n<p>The town is well connected to the capital city: a 40-minute ride on the local train takes you to the Vatican and 1-hour ride to reach the main hub &#8211; Stazione Termini.<\/p>\n<p>About 50 thousand people live in Civitavecchia and the port is one of the main job opportunities for the local population, as well as tourism in the summer season.<\/p>\n<h4>TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION<\/h4>\n<p>Participants are requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.<\/p>\n<h4>VISA REQUIREMENTS<\/h4>\n<p>Please remember to complete any entry visa formalities to Italy prior to your travel.
