They stressed the importance of the work of the Union for the Mediterranean on regional cooperation. To this end, the Moroccan Minister reiterated Morocco&#8217;s commitment to strengthening and propelling the organization, confirming Morocco\u2019s active contribution to the UfM and the firm commitment of his country to ensure its smooth operation and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>On the margins of this visit, the designated Secretary General of the UfM was invited by EuroMeSCo, the main network of research centers on politics and security in the Mediterranean, to deliver a keynote speech at its Annual Conference, under the title \u201cChanging Euro-Mediterranean Lenses\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>During his intervention, Nasser Kamel affirmed that the UfM \u201cis the bridge that can truly lead to more affluence and understanding in a mutually dependent region in terms of challenges and economic growth\u201d. \u201cWe must look at what can unite us rather than what divides us. We all share the desire of a better future for our youth.
