UfM Deputy Secretary General, Miguel Garc\u00eda-Herraiz, will discuss the challenges in the Mediterranean on the first high-level panel on the 13 November.<\/p>\n<p>SwitchMed Connect is a gathering of Mediterranean stakeholders to build synergies, exchange knowledge, and scale up eco and social innovations.
