To help achieve ambitious climate goals, the <strong>European Union is investing unprecedented financial resourc<\/strong>es to boost the transition towards a more sustainable and greener Europe: 30% of the EU budget for the 2021-2027 will be spent to fight climate change. This major investment translates into <strong>opportunities for common action in the Mediterranean area<\/strong>, also in partnership with countries from the southern shore, and address key issues like sustainable water management, resource-efficiency, energy efficiency, etc. The event will offer to participants a <strong>detailed overview of the funding opportunities provided by three different EU programmes &#8211; indicativly over \u20ac650 million<\/strong> &#8211; to finance regional cooperation projects. The discussion aims to showcase the environmental-related priorities of three different EU-supported programmes with a Mediterranean scope \u2013 namely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enicbcmed.eu\/interreg-next-med-discover-new-eu-funded-transnational-programme-cooperation-mediterranean-area\"><strong>Interreg NEXT MED<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-euro-med.eu\/en\/\"><strong>Interreg Euro-MED<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/prima-med.org\/\"><strong>PRIMA<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 and provide information on funding available and how to access to financial support.
