IEMed, Ecounion and FNF Madrid have teamed up to analyze the impact of the UNFCCC COPs in the Mediterranean. The result is a comprehensive study on how regional frameworks in the “Med” are interlinked and influenced by the UN conferences. The study also offers specific suggestions for further developing the regional response to climate change in this context. The outcomes will be presented by the authors Haiat Jellouli and Jérémie Fosse (Ecounion) and Matías Ibáñez Sales (Medwaves) will speak on the importance of the COP for the Mediterranean in the current political environment. The session will be moderated by David Henneberger.
