UfM Regional Platform on Trade and Investment

15 May 2024, Barcelona – The 7th UfM Trade and Investment Platform will take place in Barcelona at the UfM Secretariat Headquarters on 15 May. It will be the occasion to resume discussions on trade and investment issues in line with the relevant Ministerial Declarations.
Under the chairmanship of the EU Co-presidency (DG Trade) and the Jordanian Co-presidency (Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply), this forum brings together representatives from trade ministries and agencies of the UfM Member States as well as representatives from European institutions/agencies and international organizations.
It convenes twice a year, focusing its work on three key interrelated pillars, namely Sustainable Trade, Sustainable Investment, and Regional Integration.
