The UfM High-Level Meeting on Skills in the Mediterranean recognized that the region has one of the youngest populations in the world and that skills are critical to leveraging the youth’s potential for bringing innovation and digitalisation to the dynamics of recovery, economic growth, decent work and social inclusion. The UfM Secretariat attended for the third time the Annual Conference of COPEAM in April 2023. This year represented a milestone for the organization as it celebrated its 30th anniversary. The event allowed the UfM to enhance its collaboration with COPEAM on awareness-raising media campaigns and initiatives.
