Experts Preparatory Meeting of the Second Ministerial Conference on Research, Innovation and Higher Education of the Western Mediterranean Countries (Dialogue 5+5)

The Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean will host the Experts Preparatory Meeting of the Second Ministerial Conference on Research, Innovation and Higher Education of the Western Mediterranean Countries (Dialogue 5+5) on 28-29 January 2015 in Barcelona.
The Dialogue 5+5 Second Ministerial Conference on Research, Innovation and Higher Education will take place on 23-24 March 2015 in Madrid. The Meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss ways to promote closer interaction among the areas of Research, Innovation and Higher Education as essential instruments to pursue a balanced socio-economic growth in the region. The final Declaration to be adopted is expected to endorse specific cooperation actions among the ten countries in these fields.
