Elisabetta Morrielli is an experienced HR leader specializing in talent management, organizational development, in project and change management. She has held strategic HR roles in international organisations including Oxfam and IMI Precision Engineering. She is skilled in designing HR processes, developing programs, and managing diverse teams and strategic projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Elisabetta holds a Bachelor’s in Political Sciences at the University la Sapienza of Rome, a Specialization in Project Management at the IAMM/CIHEAM of Montpellier and a Master’s in HR Management from EAE Business School in Barcelona. She is fluent in four languages.

Elisabetta Morrielli is head of the Human Resources Department at the UfM since February 2024.
