Villa Méditerranée, Marseille, 14 April 2016
Organised by the Office of Economic Cooperation for Mediterranean and Middle East, the French Development Agency and the Region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, with the support of the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean, a Conference on Youth Employability in the Mediterranean will take place on 14th April 2016 in Marseille, France.
The Conference, framed within the Mediterranean New Chance (MedNC) project and held back to back with its 5th Steering Committee, will count on the participation of project beneficiaries, young Mediterranean leaders and representatives of local, national and international institutions as well as from the private sector.
The MedNC project aims at consolidating a network of centers supporting young people from both rims of the Euro-Mediterranean region in their access to the labour market, namely students who dropped out of school and unemployed graduates, with a particular focus on women.
Labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean, the MedNC project is part of the Med4Jobs Initiative and has the political support of the 43 member countries of the UfM.
