22 September 2026, Barcelona – The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) Secretariat will convene the Third edition of the UfM Development Actors meeting on 22 September 2026 in Barcelona, bringing together representatives from national development agencies and relevant ministerial departments across UfM Member States.
Taking place in the framework of the new UfM Strategic Vision and the emerging Pact for the Mediterranean, the meeting will provide a platform for development actors to exchange experiences, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for enhanced regional cooperation.
The discussions will focus on how development actors can work more closely together to translate shared strategic priorities into concrete actions that deliver tangible benefits for the people of the Euro-Mediterranean region.
Building on the momentum of the previous editions, the meeting aims to strengthen coordination among development actors, facilitate peer learning and knowledge exchange, and advance collective efforts towards more impactful and sustainable regional cooperation in the framework of the UfM.
This third edition reaffirms the UfM’s role as a trusted platform for dialogue and partnership, helping to translate shared policy priorities into concrete actions that deliver long-term impact across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
