SwitchMed Connect
13-15 November, Barcelona, Spain. The UfM will participate in the third edition of SwitchMed Connect that will be held in Barcelona on 13-15 November 2018. UfM Deputy Secretary General, Miguel García-Herraiz, will discuss the challenges in the Mediterranean on the first high-level panel on the 13 November.
SwitchMed Connect is a gathering of Mediterranean stakeholders to build synergies, exchange knowledge, and scale up eco and social innovations. Leading start-ups and entrepreneurs, industry agents, initiatives, change agents, policy and financial institutions working on applications of productive, circular and sharing economies in the Mediterranean will come together in Barcelona. The agenda of the SwitchMed Connect 2018 features a blend of expert discussions, entrepreneurial stories, best cases and hands-on applications about green and circular economy planning and implementation in the South and North Mediterranean countries.
