World Congress for Middle Eastern Studies

16 and 20 July 2018, Sevilla (Spain). In the framework of the World Congress for Middle Eastern Studies, The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) together with the Barcelona Center for International Affairs (CIDOB) are hosting a high-level roundtable discussion to assess the strategies that could better serve to promote inclusive and sustainable economic development in selected sectors of the Mediterranean region.
The UfM-CIDOB roundtable on co-development strategies in the Mediterranean will identify conceptual innovations but also concrete actions that could advance economic innovation and regional cooperation. It will identify shared challenges and how they link to sustainable development goals.
