In 2018, an average of one in four young North Africans is not in employment, education or training (NEETs) At the same time, in the Euro-Mediterranean region, hundreds of thousands of job positions are not filled due to a lack of suitable profiles. The skills gap is one of the main obstacles to the recruitment of young people.
