14th meeting of the UfM Working Group on Sustainable Blue Economy

11 October 2023, Barcelona. Following the 13th UfM Working Group on Sustainable Blue Economy (SBE) held on in Brussels on 14 March back-to-back with the First meeting of the Blue Mediterranean Partnership (BMP), UfM countries and SBE stakeholders will meet on 11 October at UfM premises in Barcelona in order to continue making progress on the implementation of the 2021 UfM Ministerial Declaration on SBE and on the Roadmap for its implementation, with a focus on the mid-to-long-term activities and related next steps. The members of the WG will discuss ongoing and future joint activities and dossiers including the 2nd UfM Stakeholder Conference on Sustainable Blue Economy due to take place in early 2024, and updates on funding opportunities and on the Blue Finance process in the Mediterranean.
