16th UfM Regional Platform on Employment and Labour

16 and 17 April 2024, Zagreb (Croatia) – The Member States of the Union for the Mediterranean will convene for the 16^th meeting of the UfM Regional Platform on Employment and Labour in Zagreb/Croatia, as part of the Roadmap implementing the Declaration of the 5^thUfM Ministerial on Employment and Labour that took place in Marrakech on 17-18 May 2022.

The Regional Platform on Employment and Labour meets usually twice per year, it is chaired by the UfM Co-Presidency: the European Commission  (DG EMPL) and Jordan (Ministry of Labour) and bring together government representatives, social partners (employer organizations and trade unions) and labour experts, to advance on the implementation of the commitments taken in the Ministerial Declarations on Employment and Labour.
