UfM and the European Investment Bank partner for training in Cairo

20/21 March – Ain-Shams University – Cairo, Egypt – The Union for the Mediterranean and the European Investment Bank are continuing their partnership bringing – through trainings to selected Universities of the Southern shore of the Euro Mediterranean Region – high-level financial expertise on multilateral policies and EU project financing mechanisms.
The 3 pilot Universities are in Jordan, Morocco and Egypt. The project of extending the training to other Universities in the future is in the pipeline.
Following the first pilot training in November 2022, which took place at UEMF, the Euro-Med University of Fès, Morocco – a flagship UfM-labelled project – a second set of trainings are foreseen in March 2023.
