Privacy notice

Personal data will be processed by the Union for the Mediterranean Secretariat (UfMS) in accordance with Data Protection applicable laws. The purpose of the processing of personal data is: management of the event to which you are participating, including management of: lists and mailing lists for contacts, invitations, participants, reports, distribution of reports, feedback on reports, meeting follow-up, follow-up meetings, follow-up actions, photographs/pictures, presentations, live webstreaming and/or audio and video recording of speakers and participants. The data is kept during the lifetime of the event unless you request that it is deleted or the data is found to be out of date or incorrect. You have the rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection regarding your personal data. Such rights may be exercised by notice in writing sent to the UfMS registered address or by electronic mail sent to communication@ufmsecretariat.org
