Le Secrétariat de l’Union pour la Méditerranée (UpM), participe activement à la COP24 en Pologne, où il présente deux études sur l’impact du changement climatique et sur l’état de la situation en matière de financement climatique dans la région. The Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean, Nasser Kamel, participated in the Ministerial Meeting of the WestMED initiative, which took place today in Algiers. The WestMED initiative seeks to promote specific measures to secure a sustainable development of the maritime economy in ten Western Mediterranean countries. The Secretary General of the UfM, Nasser Kamel, participated in the Rome MED Dialogues, a three-day annual high–level initiative now at its 4th edition co–organized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) on 22-24 November 2018.
