18.10.2012: Building the Mediterranean Solar Plan: Working Group on Energy Efficiency

A Working Group Meeting dedicated to Energy Efficiency within the framework of the Mediterranean Solar Plan will take place in the UfM premises on 18th October.

Representatives from International Financial Institutions, International Organisations, the EC, Euro-Mediterranean Technical Assistance Programmes and National Agencies in charge of Energy Efficiency of the Member States will discuss issues related to energy efficiency.

The main purpose of the meeting is to prepare concrete proposals to be submitted to the attention of the Member States within the framework of the MSP Master Plan process. It will be dedicated to the presentation and discussion of issues related to energy efficiency. The objective is to assess energy efficiency topics that need to be addressed in the MSP. Ideas for pilot projects will also be collected.
