UfM Webinar on Driving Gender-Lens Investment for Women-Led Social Enterprises in the MENA Region
19 December 2024 – The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) is organizing a webinar on Driving Gender-Lens Investment: Unlocking the Potential of Women-Led Social Enterprises in the MENA Region, scheduled for 19 December 2024 from 10 to 11h30 am (Barcelona time). This online event will focus on the transformative role that women-led social enterprises play in addressing socio-economic challenges and driving innovation in the MENA region.
Despite their impact, these enterprises face systemic barriers, including limited access to finance and regulatory challenges. This webinar will explore the importance of gender-lens investment as a critical tool for overcoming these challenges and scaling women-led social enterprises.
Key objectives of the webinar include:
