Dialogue 5+5: Third Ministerial Conference on Research, Innovation and Higher Education

Tunis, 30-31 March 2017. The Third Ministerial Conference on Research, Innovation and Higher Education of the Dialogue 5+5 will take place on 30-31 March 2017 in Tunis.

Building on the progress and achievements undertaken since the adoption of the Madrid and Rabat Ministerial Declarations in 2015 and 2013 respectively, the third Ministerial Conference aims at strengthening partnerships in research, innovation and higher education to further stimulate economic growth, job creation and social cohesion in the Western Mediterranean region.

Beyond the country delegations, the conference will also count with the presence of the European Commission, the Arab Maghreb Union and the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean, which will be represented by the Secretary-General, Mr. Fathallah Sijilmassi.
