The Second UfM Working Group Meetings on Urban Development and Transport to be held on the 8 and 30 June 2011 respectively in Barcelona
The first working group meeting on urban development took place the past 16 March to discuss the Pre-Assessment Criteria for Urban Projects. With regards to the first working group on transport, it was held on 21 March 2011. These second meetings will discuss the Project Guidelines of the UfMS, identify specific areas of action where the UfMS can be instrumental, evaluate possible project proposals and tools that would help projects move forward. The UfM Working Group on Urban Development will also prepare for the upcoming UfM Ministerial Meeting on Urban Development to be hosted by France in autumn. Invitees include urban development specialists from focal local, regional and international governmental institutions and NGOs.
