01.12.2011: First meeting of the Working Group on the establishment of a Counter-Guarantee System

On 1 and 2 December the Business Development SMEs and Project Funding Coordination Division will organize at Palau de Pedralbes in Barcelona the first meeting of the Working Group on the establishment of a Counter-Guarantee System in the Mediterranean partner countries, chaired by Lino Cardarelli UfMS and managed by Dr. Rym Ayadi, Senior Research Fellow at the Center for European Policy Studies. All national guarantee agencies in the MPCs have been invited to attend so that a common strategy can be fostered with the regional and international development agencies on how to establish in the coming months the counter-guarantee system for MSMEs, and how to improve the current work that these agencies perform in the region.
