Higher Education and Vocational Training as tools for employability: Which strategies for the UfM region?

The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) and the Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises (BUSINESSMED) are pleased to invite you to the Digital event on “Higher Education and Vocational Training as tools for employability: Which strategies for the UfM region?” that will be held on January 27th 2022, from 10 am to 12 pm (CET Time), via Zoom Platform.
The event will bring together policymakers, private sector representatives, experts on Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education specialists from across the Mediterranean in order to undertake a brainstorming on the way forward towards which strategies could bridge VET and Higher Education in the UfM region. The joint reflection will lead to a set of recommendations paving the way to the intended strategy whose ultimate goal is to foster youth employability in the region and to address skills mismatch, via a better connection between the two educational systems, the VET and Higher Education.
