4th Meeting of the UfM Group of Euro-Mediterranean Schools of Architecture and Urban Planning

30-31 May 2024, Benguerir, Morocco. The 4th Meeting “UfM Advisory Group Meeting – Network of Schools of Architecture of the Euro-Mediterranean Region”, which will be hosted by the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic in Ben Guerir, Morocco on 30-31 May 2024, will resume the discussions held in Barcelona (23 May 2022), Ankara (1-2 December 2022) and Tirana (18-19 May 2023), aiming at consolidating a group of academicians from across the region interested in working at a regional level.
Concrete 2023 outcomes of the discussions held on the margins of the meetings have been a joint COST proposal submitted in October 2023 entitled “Assembling Mediterranean Polycrises to Reimagine and Codesign an Adaptive Southern Urbanism” (POLYSMED), and the “UfM Student Competition on Urban Design 2023: Urban Solutions to Climate Change in the Mediterranean”, launched on 21 June 2023 as part of the celebration of the Day of the Mediterranean 2023.
