انعقد الاجتماع الإقليمي الثاني للّجنة التوجيهية للمشروع يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 9 فبراير/شباط في مدينة الدار البيضاء المغربية. ويتألف اجتماع لجنة التوجيه الإقليمية من وزارات الصناعة الست في بلدان منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا المعنية (مصر والأردن ولبنان والمغرب وفلسطين وتونس) وممثلات جمعيات سيدات الأعمال الستة في البلدان المستفيدة الستة والحكومة الإيطالية (كجهة مانحة) والأمانة العامةإقرأ المزيد

أكثر من 180 شابة محرومة من العمل استفدن بالفعل من البرنامج.

تهدف حلقات العمل إلى تقييم التقدم المحرز في مجال المساواة بين الجنسين وتقديم توصيات لواضعي السياسات على المستويين الوطني والأورومتوسطي.

تتلقى طالبات جامعيات من ألبانيا ومصر والأردن والمغرب وفلسطين وتونس حالياً إرشاداً وتدريباً لإنشاء شركاتهن الخاصة.

Over the course of 2.5 years, the project contributed to enhance women’s economic inclusion by harnessing the great potential of women entrepreneurs in Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia and create the conditions for a sustainable and inclusive growth.

• UfM participates in the UNIDO Conference on Women Economic Empowerment in EXPO Milano 2015, an event aiming at establishing a political dialogue and identifying recommendations for policy makers and share good practices and business women’s experience at the international level.

• The UfM Deputy Secretary General for Social and Civil Affairs, Delphine Borione, highlighted that “it is the right time to harness the great potential of women entrepreneurs for an inclusive and sustainable growth in the Euro-Mediterranean region.”

الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط يعتمد مشروعاً للقياديات باسم “نساء المستقبل في حوض المتوسط: جيل جديد من القياديات” في إطار استراتيجيته لتمكين المرأة بمشاركة 22 امرأة شابة من منطقة جنوب المتوسط بهدف تحسين قدراتهن القيادية ومهاراتهن في تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين.

دُشّن المشروع في معهد باريس للدراسات السياسية في 1 يونيو/حزيران 2015 في حضور أنيك جيراردان، وزيرة الدولة للتنمية والفرانكفونية؛ وباسكال بواستار، وزيرة الدولة لحقوق المرأة؛ وإليزابيث غيغو، رئيسة لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بالجمعية الوطنية ورئيسة مؤسسة آنا ليند و “جدّة دفعة 2015″؛ ودلفين بوريون، نائبة أمين عام الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط.
