Barcelona, 15 September, 2014. Mr Naser Tahboub was appointed yesterday as the new UfM Deputy Secretary General for Water & Environment by Union for the Mediterranean Senior Officials in Brussels. Originally from Palestine, Mr Naser Tahboub began his career at the West Bank Ministry of Finance and worked as General Manager at the Al-Aqsa Islamic Bank.
