Water Expert Group (WEG) Technical Meeting to be held on the 17 and 18 May 2011 in Barcelona

This meeting will address two main issues. First, it will be an important step towards the identification and implementation of future regional or sub-regional projects in the field of Water in the Mediterranean. Moreover, the meeting will also discuss future considerations for technical collaborative work on Water Issues in the Mediterranean in accordance with the Declaration of the Ministerial Conference on Water held in Jordan, Dead Sea, in December, 2008.

Invitees include Water Expert focal points in the 43 UfM countries, as well as related inter-governmental bodies and NGOs.
