The Second Ministerial Conference on Research, Innovation and Higher Education of the Western Mediterranean Forum – 5+5 Dialogue – will take place on 23-24 March 2015 in Madrid.
The synergies between research and innovation and the role of education to support employment and competitiveness will be the two key topics addressed during the conference. Building on the agreements and activities undertaken since the Rabat Ministerial Conference in 2013, the heads of delegations are expected to adopt steps to move forward the cooperation in research, innovation and higher education in the Western Mediterranean Area.
