WEG Drafting Group

Barcelona, 31 March 2016

On 23rd and 24th November 2015 in the framework of the 5th Water Expert Group (WEG) meeting in Luxembourg it was agreed to establish a Drafting Group that will be mandated to consolidate the regional roadmap and associated work plan for the WEG. This drafting group includes the UfM Co-Presidency, UfM country representatives (from Maghreb, Middle East, Balkans, Turkey, and EU member states) and the UfMS.

This first meeting of the Drafting Group of the WEG will aim at designing a first interim roadmap and the work programme of the group. The main objective of this meeting is to pave the way for the celebration of the sixth Water Expert Group meeting at the end of 2016.
