The Union for the Mediterranean (UFM), in collaboration with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) and the National Office for Science Advice (ONAC) in Spain, is pleased to announce a two-day training program hosted in Madrid at the Complejo de la Moncloa, Presidency of the Government of Spain.. This program is designed for scientists keen to enhance their understanding of policy processes and their ability to contribute to evidence-informed policymaking, ensuring that scientific insights effectively inform policy decisions in the Mediterranean region.
Built on the JRC’s Competences Framework for Scientists, and presenting examples related to the Mediterranean context, this training addresses the theoretical framework and challenges of Science for Policy.
