2nd Edition of the annual YOCOPAS Conference
Hakfar Hayarok, Israel, 26-28 October 2016.
The Eastern Mediterranean International School (EMIS), an UfM-labelled project, will host the second edition of their annual ‘Youth Organized Collaboration of Peace and Sustainability’ (YOCOPAS) Conference on 26-28 October 2016 at their educational premises close to Tel Aviv.
The YOCOPAS Conference brings together 16-18 year old high school students from different backgrounds and nationalities to interact and discuss in a series of workshops on topics with particular relevance to young people in the Mediterranean region, developing their leadership and social change skills. Key-note speakers from different organizations have been invited to provide insight and share success stories with the participants on “How can youth make change?”..
The Conference is an initiative of the EMIS Foundation in collaboration with international partner schools. YOCOPAS Conference is sponsored by the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation.
