UfM Regional Platform on Civil Protection
As part of NRF2024, the UfM hosts the 3rd Meeting of the Regional Platform on Civil Protection, bringing together Civil Protection authorities from across the Euro-Mediterranean region to continue the Collaborative Engagement Exercise launched in 2019.

Signing of a New Memorandum of Understanding (MoU):
The forum also marks the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the UfM and the European University Cyprus, aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest, particularly in the field of Civil Protection.
This collaborative event underscores the UfM’s commitment to advancing disaster resilience, preparedness, and regional cooperation across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
