ENA Seminar – From Barcelona to Barcelona: 20 years of Euro-Mediterranean Partnership

The 6th seminar is organised by the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and will be hosted by the Secretariat General of the Union for the Mediterranean, in Barcelona.
The seminar “From Barcelona to Barcelona: 20 years of Euro-Mediterranean relations” will be held on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the Barcelona Process. It will explore the evolution of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership with a special focus on its mechanisms, policies and achievements.
The Secretariat General of the Union for the Mediterranean’s projects and priorities will also be addressed and a particular emphasis will be given to its policies in light of its Mediterranean agenda.
A simulation will be organised aiming at highlighting the importance of dialogue and the quest for compromise between (and amongst) EU Member States and its Euro-Mediterranean partners.
Eminent speakers from EU institutions, the Southern neighbourhood countries and the Secretariat General of the Union for the Mediterranean will take part in the seminar and foster dialogue and interaction amongst participants.
Both French and English will be working languages (with simultaneous interpretation).
