New workshop of the Initiative for sustainable development of blue economy in the western Mediterranean

The Initiative, which involves Algeria, France, Italy, Libya, Malta, Mauritania, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Tunisia, was launched in 2016 to increase safety and security, promote sustainable blue growth and jobs, and preserve ecosystems and biodiversity 4 July 2017, Brussels-. 18 August, Barcelona.- The UfM Secretariat strongly condemns the terrorist attack ‎perpetrated in Barcelona and other locations in Catalonia. It is with deep sorrow that the Secretariat presents its condolences and expresses its profound solidarity with the families of the victims, the people of Barcelona and the Government of Spain.
